Too many last minute maintenance without adequate prior notice; no options to opt out or to reschedule. If property mgmt forgets to give enough adequate notice, you the tenant suffers for it because they just schedule no-option to schedule last minute barge-inâs to do whatever they need. Highly intrusive; 3-4 times a year. Creeping (up) prices on various monthly fees. Very little transparency. Outside of property mgmt, decent neighborhood and facilities.
