I am so impressed by Maddie at The Highlands at Red Hawk. She was so friendly and informative. I was very interested in a particular apartment because of the view but I hesitated and didn't speak up and the next family took it. When Maddie realized I had wanted it, she promised she would call me first if she got one with a similar view. I got a call back the same day from Maddie saying that the family ended up taking a different apartment. She was so helpful through the whole process and went above and beyond what is called for. We are so happy in our new apartment and anything we need is taken care of right away. The maintenence man, Joel, is always on top of things. It's so quiet here and I love seeing the deer every day. It's convenient for groceries, pharmacy and walking paths here too.

Beware inquiring potential renters, I lived in these apartments for about a year with my sister and brother-in-law, while they visually are pleasing, my post living there experience has soured, without any communication from Red Hawk I was handed over to the debt collectors National Credit System for a mysterious $382.

RUN!!!!!!!! I lived here between 8/2021 - 8/2022 and it was nothing but stress and a headache. We were very quiet tenants picked up after our dogs (even though the dog bag stations were always empty of bags and overflowing with full poo bags). My husband got a letter from collections for our final payment that we have a copied and signed document that we had paid. We received this letter today. 9/1/2023. A YEAR AFTER GIVING OUR MONEY AND YOU SEND THIS. I hope no one lives here. Find another place to live for your sanity.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. After moving out of this apartment I received multiple bills well after 30 days and none of the math added up. I paid the bills to avoid dealing with it and now I just received a collection notice for a bill I already paid and have a signed receipt showing I paid it. I moved out of this place over a year ago and itâs still a headache. I now have to dispute this to remove a collection from my credit score. Save yourself your sanity and pick literally anywhere else to live.

worst apartment complex I've ever had to deal with. the entire time I lived there things kept breaking, constant leaks and poor communication from property managers. I was extremely happy when I left, I followed all proper procedures gave two months notice that we were leaving also paid for professional cleaners to clean the place did a walk-through with the apartment manager at the time who was named Brenda. She specifically said that we would be in the clear and wouldn't have to worry about any additional charges and that we should even get our deposit back year and a half later never received any communication from the property or management but I did receive a collection notice for 900+ dollars stating that I left the place damaged. my only regret is I did not keep a copy of the walk-through nor did I take photos before I officially left so now I'm stuck with this ridiculous collection, bill, and terrible claim on my credit report. current property manager doesn't want to do anything to rectify the situation and collections of course only wants the money. Guess I have to seek a lawyer or eat it and pay either way. This is the worst complex to live at. I do not recommend anyone staying at this complex. I do not recommend anyone putting your money towards this compl Or any property owned by security properties.

I have lived here for 4 years now. It feels like home. The staff, maintenance, and neighbors are all very nice and willing to help you out when needed. If you want to live in a smaller apartment complex, this should be your choice.

Nice spacious rooms and living area. Great cupboard and pantry space. Everyone keeps to themselves and are friendly.
