I was actually just told "that is not our job" at the office. I have a 16 year old who accidentally hit the garage door. Please note this garages are extremely small. Getting in and out is a pain. We absolutely realize that is our fault and the insurance is covering it. The only proof my insurance has asked for is a permit from the town of CR which apparently is taking a very long time. I have asked for updates and for weeks it's still on the town of Castle Rock. Today I was actually told by Sarah that following up with the town is not part of their job. Managing the property seems to be part of their job or so i thought. This is not the first incident. I've had my front entrance blocked without even a notification. Since they are still under construction it is clear that right now they are only invested in finishing the other buildings than making it comfortable and safe for the current residents. One side of the entrance the apt complex is closed off and blocked, there are parking lots blocked for the contractors working on the other buildings. Let's make our residents uncomfortable but make it convenient for our contractors. Why can't they park on the st? These apts are not cheap so I expect to be the priority; however the front office definitely needs a refresh on customer service. It is not their priority.
